Total waste of money
Total waste of money. Too expensive compared with other apps. Even if you do match, they’ll have no face pic. Even Tinder is better than this silly app that attempts to match you with the perfect person. Absolute waste of time and money.

Been on it 3 days paid £25 for one month. Sent over 50 messages and likes and not had one reply. Put on the profile is anybody real on the site and now im blocked and can’t log in. This is a scam dating site don’t waste your time and money.

Filled with fake profiles
Filled with fake profiles and now my account was hacked and someone has uploaded their pictures and email to my account, but have assumed my description and I’m paying for the subscription….good luck trying to get customer service to look into it. This site is dodgy as hell.

It is terrible
It is terrible and will charge you money without you knowing. One has to manually go, find the option and disable it, otherwise one gets charged. As a new user it is impossible to know that this set-up is turned on by default. So, they are legally covered by having it on by default once you sign up and agree on the terms! So, be very careful! I was charged 60$ for not knowing that because I used some services, despite the fact that I had bought a premium service! The whole site does not allow you to use anything pretty much unless you pay. It’s a rip-off! Good luck!

I won’t bother with describing worthlessness of their so-called “services”, since that is more than adequately documented in the other reviews. What really pisses me off is that you can’t access your account to delete it until you pay for a membership. Nothing but a scam.

Their customer service is non existent. They hide their contact form very well so you need to navigate around the site to find it, they always take you away from it when you try find it! That tells you a lot. I think this company needs to be investigated for their processes. I think they are a money making scam. As most dating sites are.

I would not recommend
This site has been a complete waste of time and money. Although setting my distance requirement to 50 miles which is the smallest distance that you can input, most of the matches that are sent are at least 80 miles away, mostly being London. I would not recommend this site to anyone. It does not have any function for searching for matches yourself. After the first day I have only occasionally been sent any local matches, maybe two a week ! Ridiculous.

Keep clear of these nasty people.
This is a horrible site – please don’t waste your time with them. They take it upon themselves to adjust whatever photo you have posted and edit/change it to show only your face – I mean a very, very, very zoomed in shot of your face. I was horrified when I checked my profile and all I saw was my face, every line, wrinkle and scar – none of the background images of boats or gardens or nature – just a big FACE. How embarrassing. As I said, keep clear of these nasty people.

The worst experience I had. Automatized program for unannounced reason blocks your profile, people you interacted with receive the letter of “investigation”. Nobody helps you restoring your reputation, while the support team sends letters that are signed by Indian comedian… Indecent. Unacceptable.

Numerous emails daily, same people over and over again. I can understand going out of age range but I am pretty strict about gender. Also got renewed today, a heads-up about that would have been nice since I had intended to end my membership. That’s 120 dollars down the drain.

The biggest mistake I ever made. They only give you limited access of what you can do to your account THAT YOU PAY FOR. They need to do a better background on these people. They need to have a way for you to unlike someone if you change your mind about them. They also need to give you more time to decide if you like their -website- two days just isn’t enough time. You’re stuck with the payment if you decided that you changed your mind. There’s way too much to for me to say.

Literally the worst customer Service ever
Literally the worst customer Service ever! I have sent over a dozen requests stating I am having issues getting in to view my account, with no response back. They say to wait 24-48 hours. This has been going on for weeks. They had no problem taking my money, though. I recommend using a site that has a responsive customer service department.
